IFA needed to develop a platform to educate professionals globally about sustainability in fertilizers, with content that could be delivered in multiple languages to a diverse audience.
I selected a Learning Management System (LMS) platform that would meet the needs of a growing educational community, integrated content on sustainability, and ensured the platform could support multiple languages. I combined strategic planning with technological integration to create a scalable solution.
The project involved selecting the right LMS, working with content creators, and configuring the platform to support four languages. I also provided continuous support to ensure the platform could adapt to ongoing educational needs.
The academy has grown to serve over 1000 students in four languages, significantly advancing sustainability education in the fertilizer industry.
The combination of strategic foresight and adaptability led to a scalable solution that continues to impact the industry years later.
