Defining Dual Brands for Corporate Wellbeing

Engagement with Elite Mind

CHALLENGE:

Elite Mind needed to clarify its offering by splitting the brand into two: one focused on corporate wellbeing solutions and the other dedicated to training coaches. The challenge was to create clear, separate branding and messaging for each target audience while maintaining the company’s core values.

SOLUTION

We split the brand into Elite Mind Academy, targeting coaches, and Elite Mind for businesses, each with distinct branding, websites, and language. My approach was to ensure that each brand had a clear, focused identity and messaging that spoke directly to its respective audience.

EXECUTION

The project involved creating separate visual identities, websites, and communication strategies for each brand. I led the process of content development, design, and branding, ensuring both websites clearly communicated the distinct purposes of each entity.

RESULTS

The rebranding successfully differentiated the two branches, making it clear which brand served which audience. This clarity led to increased business success, with both entities thriving in their respective markets.

Key Takeaways

Clear brand differentiation is key when a company serves multiple audiences. This project demonstrated the importance of targeted messaging and branding in achieving business success.
